I ship within the continental United States using USPS ground shipping (tracking included). I use recyclable packaging to reduce plastic use. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

All orders are processed within three to five business days. I’ll let you know if I experience any additional delays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.

If you live outside of the continental US and want to purchase an item, you can use the form on my contact page to ask about shipping options.

Returns

You can return an item for a full refund or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned or exchanged items must be received in new condition within 30 days of purchase. To exchange or return an item, please contact me using the form on my contact page.

ParkDonnelly.com isn’t liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
